The Atmosphere is excellent. We just loved staying here
and will be sure to come back. The food was most excellent. Our
compliments to the chef. What a wonderful stay ! We love it !
Wonderful accommodations! The Prairie Suite had a warm,
"homey" feel that is second only to home. It has old house charm
with modern convenience. The hospitality was wonderful and warm, including
the great meal we enjoyed in our suite.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to spend New
Years. The suite is absolutely amazing: we remarked several times that we
would love to live here! I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than
in a cabin: the house is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, the location is
perfect and the hospitality is an ever-present and much appreciated
kindness. Anytime we are in the area, we'll be staying here. Happy
New Year!

What a wonderful place to stay. The Calhoun House is
lovely and our Suite (Movie) was great. Being met upon arrival and
personally shown to our room added an extra special touch. Our
granddaughter enjoyed the movies that were provided. We were impressed by
the cleanliness of the place and also the food & beverages that were
provided. Will definitely return and will share our find with friends.

(suite) was perfect. Reminded us so much of Charleston, SC decor. We
loved it! Great time on the train and survived our first white water
rafting. "Didn't even fall out!" Walking through town was
wonderful in the evenings. Good food, great accommodations, exciting
entertainment & relaxation. What more could you ask for?
Wow! What a wonderful place! We loved the movie
theme and the decorating was terrific. The porch was perfect to view the
fireworks. Way more than we expected. Our boys enjoyed the train
ride and nearby Santa's Land. Thank you very much for a great weekend

Like a home away from home, you've create such a charming and
comfortable place for your guests. We've stayed in many places, but none
as perfect as yours. It's truly memorable - and very thoughtful.
We'll be singing your praises clear across the country to San Francisco - it
will be a highlight of our visit to your very beautiful spot here in the Smokies.
What a delightful spot to spend time away. The rooms
themselves are wonderfully appointed for every need. The theme decor is tastefully
done. It's apparent a lot of care was taken to create an inviting &
relaxing atmosphere. I could easily come here with a good book & never
go outdoors. BUT.... there's so much to see! We loved Clingman's
Dome. Great view. In Cherokee we saw Indians in full dress.
The Bryson Bakery serves delicious warm fresh baked cinnamon rolls. "MMMM".
As our gov'nr says..."We'll be back"
What a great place to spend a long weekend! We enjoyed
exploring your lovely town and hiking the Deep Creek trails. The B&B
is very nice and comfortable.
You have a great place. We'll never forget your

My husband Thomas, our 15 month old son Cole and I had the most awesome
time here in Bryson! We could have not asked for more. We needed a
place to relax and get away, and just spend time as a family once more before
Thomas deploys to Iraq in a week or so. We will always remember this trip,
and plan to make Bryson and the Calhoun House our getaway vacation spot!
We had a terrific time here in Bryson. The B&B is very
nice & love the movie theme. We got a massage from Karen & it made
the weekend so relaxing. It was wonderful.

My husband was looking for a nice place to stay for two
couples. Happily, he found this wonderful inn that offered all we were
looking for AND walking distance to train, food and anything else we needed,...
or wanted! And what a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The inn is
more than we expected, everything is so well done, with such quality materials,
and comfortable. We shopped, rode the train, ate and happened to be here
for the Chili Cook-off. We even went to the music at the Depot on Sat.
night! A fun weekend for our friends and us! Thank you!

I loved this suite, it is me to a tee. Everything is perfect, wouldn't
change a thing. We really have enjoyed ourselves. This is really

We had a wonderful time. The suite is fantastic and the thoughtfulness
and service are A++! We had a great train ride, dinner at Pasqualino's and
ice cream at Soda Pops! Now Kaitlyn doesn't want to go home.

The breakfast and TV were awesome. My mom loved that you

Your room is so beautiful, I love it! We're planning to
take a train to the Nantahalla Gorge and do some shopping. We went to

I am so lucky to have accidentally contacted Mark + lucked out
on a great place to stay in Bryson City. We have been coming here for 3
years. I enjoyed staying at the Inn. It is very relaxing + enjoyable
to just sit on the porch. the room is very pleasant and quaint. Hope
to see you again SOON.
We're so honored to be your first guests! This is a
wonderful, cozy house. And the location is perfect. We walked right
down into town for our magical ride on the Polar Express. We also enjoyed
the Christmas festivities - the candlelight stroll through town singing carols
and hot chocolate and cookies at the church. What a wonderful holiday

We enjoyed our stay. All the conveniences of home along
with a good location made our first Polar Express trip perfect. The kids
actually thought they stayed in Santa's workshop due to the added decorations of
toys & Christmas. Thanks for the walk through letting us know where
everything was located. We had a great time!

What a nice surprise when we opened the door. Very cozy

The stay here was so delightful. - The bed was very
comfortable. The tub was great. The scenery outside is
breathtaking. It was just peaceful & the fact town & stores are so
close by made it good for short walks. We would be back here soon.

Came to Bryson City to ride the train & experience the
autumn colors of the environment. Was pleasantly surprised by the
friendliness of the community including Chili Cook-off & free country
concert at the depot. The suite was comfortable & convenient like
home.
